Welcome to the Association for the Education and Rehabilitation of the Blind and Visually Impaired of Ohio’s (AERO) newly designed website! We have redesigned our website to increase AERO’s ability to meet our overall purpose/mission. The purpose/mission of AERO is to render all possible assistance to the promotion, development and improvement of all phases of education, rehabilitation and other vital human services to blind and visually impaired persons of all ages. Membership in AERO is open to all persons, agencies and organizations living or operating in the state of Ohio, interested in services provided to persons who are blind or visually impaired. If you meet the above criteria, AERO is the organization for you! As you will notice on our newly designed website, being a member has its privileges. AERO members have access to the “member only” section of the site. The AERO member only section includes access to a variety of helpful resources and helps AERO members stay connected to their professional organization. Become a member today to take advantage of AERO’s “perks.” Even if you are not a member, there are opportunities to “test drive” AERO by attending our yearly conferences. Click on our conference icon to find out the latest on upcoming conference offerings. AERO conferences provide great opportunities to network, learn and recharge.
